A delegation of the General Military and Political Bureau of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation led by Victor Goremuikin, Vice-Minister of Defence and Director of the Bureau, arrived in Pyongyang on the 5th.
The delegation was greeted at the Pyongyang International Airport by Pak Yong Il, Deputy Director of the General Political Bureau of the Korean People's Army, officers of the KPA, Alexandr Matsegora, Russian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, and members of the military attaches' department of his embassy.
