The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, received a message of greetings from To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam and President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, on the 9th.
Extending the warmest congratulations to Kim Jong Un and the Party, the state and the people of Korea on the occasion of the 76th founding anniversary of the DPRK, the message expressed a delight at the achievements made by the state and the people of Korea over the past 76 years, including the successful attainment of the goals for national development set by the Eighth Party Congress.
